HP_VILLAGE™ was built from experience — from learning how to create with what was available, how to navigate limited resources, and turn personal moments into something meaningful.

For Champ Bagwell, the idea began with the spaces he moved through and the lessons that came from building from the ground up. HP_VILLAGE™ reflects the process of finding a way forward with what is in front of you, utilizing every experience as part of the foundation, and creating something that can grow beyond its initial state.

The name carries two parts.

HIGHPOINT represents the pursuit of a higher level. It speaks to the idea of reaching beyond what feels possible, continuing through different conditions, and moving toward personal goals, short-term wins, and long-term achievements with purpose.

VILLAGE represents unity. It is the people, the process, and the belief that meaningful things are not built alone. Every experience, every place, and every person adds something to the story. Together, those pieces form a community built through movement, purpose, and shared direction.

At its core, HP_VILLAGE™ stands for growth, movement, and the journey toward your highest point.

FIELD SYSTEM is the first expression of garments built around movement, utility, and the environments people find themselves in — from the long walk, to the road outside the city, to the quiet place by the water, and the moments in between.
