Orders are prepared and shipped from our U.S. facility.
Each piece is produced in limited runs. Delivery timelines may vary depending on production and demand.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. During periods of high demand, slight delays may occur.

Domestic Shipping
The estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days after shipment.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping on select orders.
Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location. Additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.


Made-to-order
Select items are made to order and produced after purchase.

Estimated production timelines:
Apparel: 3–4 weeks
Footwear: 4–8 weeks
Production timelines are estimates and may vary based on production and demand.
Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship together once all items are ready.

Delays & Responsibility
HP_VILLAGE is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or external factors beyond our control.
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses.
